These terms and conditions shall govern the contract of sale between the Freedom Ministries International and purchaser. These terms and conditions will be deemed accepted by the buyer upon placement of an order. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
All goods and seminars are offered subject to being available. If goods or seminars are no longer available Freedom Ministries International reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund payment.

All dealing between Freedom Ministries International and the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of England and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.

Goods will only be despatched to the cardholder address of the card used for payment of goods.

Where a deposit is paid for a seminar and the balance is not paid by the due date, Freedom Ministries International reserves the right to release the booking to someone else. Any deposit paid is not refundable
In the event that a balance is unpaid and we have not filled the place then we will look to you to honour your booking and pay the balance forthwith.
It is the responsibility of seminar delegates to arrange their own holiday insurance.
For all transactions in sterling your contract is with Freedom Ministries International.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you should pack them securely and return them to us, in their original condition, within 7 days, together with your original receipt, original packing and we will refund you. You should send your proof of return to us by separate mail.
Freedom Ministries International accepts no liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality unless the purchaser notifies Freedom Ministries International in writing within seven days of delivery of the goods.
Freedom Ministries International accepts no liability for any claim for goods with missing components or goods differing in quality or description from the delivery note unless the purchaser notifies Freedom Ministries International in writing within seven days of delivery of goods.
The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs for all carriage, telephone, postal and all other costs incidental or otherwise incurred obtaining or returning any goods from Freedom Ministries International.
A full credit will only be given on items returned within 7 days
